With 14 years of experience in industries ranging from health care to industrial construction Catherine has developed a well rounded, pragmatic approach to Health and Safety application. A passion for understanding and communicating the ‘why’ behind what we do as well as a desire to work with organizations seeking not only legislative compliance by managerial excellence drives Catherine to seek diverse and interesting clientele to create the most efficient and effective Health and Safety systems available.

Alex has over 11 years’ experience in the oil field, construction and manufacturing industries, including management and on site services.

Alex specializes in organization and efficiency for health and safety management systems, with focus on Loss Prevention.

Alex became part of the All-Safe HSE team in August 2017.

Teunis Kruger – HSE Advisor

Teunis has over 15 years of experience in industries ranging from Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Residential and Commercial Construction, Aerospace and DFO (Department of Fisheries and Ocean). 

Starting in the Alberta Oilsands working on a Commercial Diving Hazardous Entry Team to working on International Projects such as Alliant Tech Systems (Rocket Engines for the Space Shuttle), Fort Hills Secondary Extraction SKEC (South Korea Engineering and Construction), Craft Engineering Honduras Tegucigalpa Hospital Oxygen Plant. 

Teunis has worked as a National Safety Director developing Safety Programs and Procedure for thousands of employees.  He is passionate about safety and believes that success in safety is achieved when all workers arrive home safely everyday.  His strength on the worksite is building morale and a safety culture that promotes safe and open communication.

Jozsi Mukli – HSE Advisor

Jozsi has over 10 years’ experience working in the Oil & Energy, Industrial/Commercial Construction and Utilities sectors.

Jozsi is skilled at conducting hazard assessments, investigation of incidents, performing facility/site inspection and implementing a safe work environment.

Jozsi became part of the All-Safe HSE team in January 2019.

Matt McInnes – HSE Advisor

With ten years of health and safety supervision, and a total of 17 years of construction experience, Matt has developed a passion for safety. As a safety specialist, Matt has worked in a variety of industries from industrial construction, commercial and residential restoration

Whether developing plans and processes for asbestos removal, trauma and biological remediation, fentanyl and COVID-19 cleaning or coaching field staff, Matt has a focus on providing practical solutions that help maintain efficiency without compromising safety.

Holly Bazak – Bookkeeper, HSE Administrator

Holly has over 10 years of administration experience in non-profit, construction and retail sectors, ranging from event planning to construction administration, accounting and staff management.

She was introduced to the world of Health and Safety Administration 9 years ago and developed a strong interest in program assessment and document creation. In the past 5 years she has eagerly taken any experience or training available to her and is passionate about gaining more experience in Health & Safety Management and supporting companies in keeping their workers safe.

Holly became a member of the All-Safe team in October 2019

Ashley Paul-Fix – Junior HSE Advisor

Ashley has over 11 years of oilfield construction experience ranging from Site Administration to Health and Safety. Focusing on the relationships between clients and coworkers alike, Ashley understands the communication and professionalism needed to harmonize all teams on the worksite. Ashley is committed to helping not only her own organization, but her fellow peers deliver safe, efficient, and well-rounded projects. Ashley’s strengths include organization, documentation, and problem solving. Ashley became a member of the All-Safe team in March 2021.

Stephanie Warholik – Junior HSE Advisor

Stephanie has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 10 years with both office and field experience.

She has found a passion for safety and is continuing her pursuit of health and safety education.
