With 14 years of experience in industries ranging from health care to industrial construction Catherine has developed a well rounded, pragmatic approach to Health and Safety application. A passion for understanding and communicating the ‘why’ behind what we do as well as a desire to work with organizations seeking not only legislative compliance by managerial excellence drives Catherine to seek diverse and interesting clientele to create the most efficient and effective Health and Safety systems available.

Jozsi Mukli – HSE Advisor

Jozsi has over 10 years’ experience working in the Oil & Energy, Industrial/Commercial Construction and Utilities sectors.

Jozsi is skilled at conducting hazard assessments, investigation of incidents, performing facility/site inspection and implementing a safe work environment.

Jozsi became part of the All-Safe HSE team in January 2019.

Holly Bazak – Junior HSE Advisor, Bookkeeper

Holly has a wide range of administrative, planning & coordination, and supervisory experience in various sectors including non-profit, construction, and retail & service.

Holly has been working in Health and Safety administration for a decade and has continued to pursue further education through any courses, seminars and conferences she can fit into her schedule. She is motivated by new challenges and the opportunity to integrate her expertise, experience and practical observations to develop unique solutions for clients’ needs.

Holly became a member of the All-Safe team in October 2019

Sean Galarneau – Junior HSE Advisor

Sean joined the All-Safe team March 2022. He is currently working on his internship in order to complete his Occupational Health and Safety Diploma. Sean also has 10 years of welding experience in both the construction and oil & gas industries.

Through his time as a structural/repair welder Sean has developed a strong knowledge base regarding health & safety, and he continues to expand his knowledge daily. Sean’s strengths are incident investigations and hazard assessments. He looks forward to furthering his career as an HSE Advisor.

Taylee Colebank – Junior HSE Advisor

Taylee has previous experience in operating heavy-duty equipment, oil & gas, administration & training, as well as agriculture – it has fostered a background which has driven her to go back to school.  Taylee is currently attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology with the goal of achieving a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and is a first-year student.

Taylee looks forward to gaining more meaningful experience in Occupational Health and Safety, and is motivated by the many opportunities for ongoing learning with the goal of encouraging safer work practices as well as growing a safe work culture for all industries. On days off she enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and many other outdoor activities as long as it involves the mountains.

Taylee joined the All-Safe team in March 2022
