Needs Assessment

To become legislatively compliance and to provide a safe and healthy work environment for workers companies must develop a Health and Safety Program. What where to start?

A Need Assessment will assist in the identification of requirements for your particular company as well as set a road map to completion, compliance and a safer workplace.

Hazard Assessments

In Canada, all organizations are required to identify, assess and eliminate or control workplace hazards.

All-Safe HSE offers a hazard assessment process, involving all levels of an organization, that ensures that all hazards in the workplace are properly captured so that measures can be implemented to eliminate or control identified hazards.

System Development

All-Safe HSE offers to assist in the creation of Health and Safety Systems that allow organizations to reach the level of Health and Safety excellence most applicable to your operations.

All-Safe HSE staff are highly trained highly motivated individuals that are excited at the prospect of full program development as well as lending assistance in the development of consistent policies, practices and procedures in compliance with Federal and Provincial legislation.

Custom HSE Program and/or Manual Consulting & Development

We can help your company develop a health and safety manual and/or program that will contain the entire safety program elements required for a Certificate of Recognition (COR). All of the programs will ensure compliance with the standards set by Canadian OH&S, American OSHA, Enform, Construction Safety Associations, ISNetWorld, and any ISO standard when applicable.

The program will be specifically suited to meet your company specifications based on the product you manufacture or service you provide. With this, we can ensure that no matter where the area of operation, your HSE program will exceed local regulations.

Certificate of Recognition (COR) Preparation

A Certificate of Recognition (COR) is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards. Certificates are issued by Alberta Employment and Immigration and are co-signed by Certifying Partners. A COR recognizes that the employer’s health and safety management system has been evaluated by a certified auditor and found to meet Partnerships standards.

Effective health and safety management systems have been shown to have an impact on reducing injuries. Eliminating the social and financial effects of injuries can strengthen the business success of participating employers.

Achieving and maintaining a valid COR is required for earning a financial incentive through the WCB Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) program. Also, it is not unusual for Alberta corporations to expect contractors bidding on contracts to hold a valid COR

Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR)

The SECOR Program provides an opportunity for small employers (10 or less employees including owners, managers, clerical/administrative staff, part-time workers, temporary staff, family members, and volunteers that are covered under the WCB account) to build a health and safety management system and achieve a Certificate of Recognition (COR).  The program is specifically designed to meet the application and training needs of small employers, while considering their resource limitations.

COR/SECOR Pre-Auditing Program

In working with the COR/SECOR program, this Pre-Audit service will go through all the points of the COR/SECOR audit and outline your company’s strong and weak areas. This can potentially save thousands of dollars for your company in the COR process.

Site Inspections

Site Inspection is a very important service that provides information to determine the extent and severity of hazards posed by the site. This is more extensive than a preliminary assessment as its purpose is to gather information necessary to score the site, using the Hazard Ranking System, and to determine if it presents an immediate threat requiring prompt removal. Inspections available for offices, shops, warehouses, storage yards, and work sites.
